How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is placed, we'll process it within 1-3 business days. After it ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log in to your account and view your order history to find the tracking information.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack every item with care, but we know accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We'll work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on most products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll give you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
What about product warranties?
All of our products come with the manufacturer's warranty. The duration and coverage depend on the manufacturer. If you have a warranty claim, please contact the product's manufacturer directly, but we're always here to help guide you through the process.

Are your products new or refurbished?
All of our products are brand new unless otherwise specified. If a product is refurbished, it will be clearly labeled as such on the product page.
When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?

How do I know which product is right for me?
